Who we are
Lumina BOS Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian company. Before we wrote a single line of software, our team spent more than a decade working in manufacturing — quoting jobs, chasing travellers across the shop floor, counting stock that never matched the system, and sitting through month-ends that took weeks to close. We are not outsiders guessing at how a factory works; we have run the spreadsheets, argued over the numbers and stayed late to reconcile them.
That experience is the reason Lumina BOS exists. We saw the same story in every factory we touched: five separate programs, the same job typed five times, and nobody able to say today whether a job made money. So we built one Business Operating System for the manufacturing industry — payroll, ERP, MES, cloud storage and accounting as one — to speed the work up, cut out the manual re-typing and the wasted hours, and put the profit where the boss can see it.

Your data, kept safe
Your business information is sensitive, and we treat it that way. Wages, identity numbers and bank details are encrypted — never stored or sent in the clear — and every company's data is kept in its own isolated space, so one customer can never see another's.
Staff give clear consent before sensitive features like face check-in are switched on, and personal data can be exported or erased on request. Backups run automatically in the cloud, so a stolen laptop or a dead server in the corner can never take your business down with it.
